During Maths week (week 4), we have been focussing on Geometry. We had a choice of 10 different Geometry based activities. We needed to select 5 different activities and provide evidence when completed.
The evidence I collected:
It was fun to do the chalk because it was a little bit different than normal. I think it was easier to learn about geometry because it was more interesting than sitting down and getting a sheet and answering the questions.
What I challenged during this week doing:
The challenging thing this week about geometry was getting everything done that was something bigger, like build the town of Kaiapoi. I found that a like difficult.
My next step in Geometry is:
To try not to rush it and take my time because this week I just went though everything really quickly and the final product didn't look good.
